The PLS Classes team is thrilled to announce the addition of two new instructors, Jen Basom and Heather Wertman.
About Jen Basom
Jen joins PLS with over 15 years of classroom experience, shaping the minds of students from preschool through adults. She resides in Douglassville, PA with her husband and three young children.
Jen is teaching two sessions of Strategies for the Inclusive Classroom™ this fall through Wilkes University and Indiana Wesleyan University. Learn more about Jen or register for one of her upcoming classes.
About Heather Wertman
Heather joins us from Dallas, PA where she has just transitioned to a new role after more than 20 years as a classroom teacher, innovation specialist, and administrator in the Lake-Lehman School District. She recently started a new position as Director of Educational Collaboration and Learning for a national education tech company, serving more than 7,500 schools nationwide. And now she’s also a PLS Instructor!
For fun, Heather enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and making new memories with her family.
Heather will be teaching Designing Motivation for All Learners® and Instructional Design for Online Educators™ in both a remote and 7-week online format this fall.
