Why I love teaching PLS 3rd Learning classes:

In the field of education there are so many theories and policies that look good on paper, but are not very resourceful or practical in the actual classroom. PLS 3rd Learning Classes offer educators not merely theories on how to teach but rather provides them with skills, ideas and resources that can be immediately and effectively put into practice in the classroom regardless of what level one instructs. Each course offers a specialized approach to pedagogical practices that can be adapted from primary through intermediate and secondary levels of education. Furthermore these courses allow professional educators a vast amount of exposure to ideas from fellow teachers. The enrichment that comes from sharing best practices in PLS 3rd classes is an education in itself.

About Me

Outside of my passion for teaching politics and the other social sciences, I am kept busy with my energetic 3 year old son and enjoy traveling with my wife. Furthermore as a life-long sports fan I have spent my time coaching varsity football and following collegiate athletics. I am the advisor of our schools “mini-THON” (annual 12 hour dance marathon) that raises funds and awareness for the Four Diamonds Fund’s fight against pediatric cancer at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital.
