Participants explore best practices in the domains of Planning and Preparation, The Classroom Environment, Instruction, and Professional Responsibilities. Participants develop an action plan for improving teacher practice in each domain and, as a result, enhance their expertise and performance as they ready themselves for teacher evaluations.
